So why is this probably THE most  super house?

-Location, location, location. Just a few minutes walk from campus and a short walk to the city centre. You would struggle to find a house any closer.

-A recently built house first occupied buy St John students in 2008. The accomodation consists of one master bedroom (double and fully en-suite), two further double bedrooms and 2  smaller doubles/singles.

-The house has a luxury fitted kitchen with contemporary units, fitted dishwasher, fridge and freezer and the huge living room provides seperate dining and living space. The house bathroom includes a bath and shower and there is also an additional w/c and basin in the downstairs cloakroom.

-The large courtyard to the rear provides a great area for outdoor summer living, bbqs and parties and can be shared with the six bedroom St John student house next door. There is secure bike storeage to the rear also.
