I'm a reputable local landlord with a small selection of quality, 6 and 7 bed properties in the Sandyford and Jesmond areas of Newcastle, close to the main University campuses. All of my properties have good facilities and are available at fair rents, with NO AGENCY FEES.
As I have only a small number of properties and live nearby, I am able to manage them well and provide a high level of maintenance, with prompt attention to repairs.
All my properties meet the HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) Licensing Standards and comply with the Newcastle Accreditation Scheme. They are available as group lets from the 1st of July of each academic year on a twelve months contract basis, unless otherwise stated. Tenants’ deposits are safeguarded by a Government-approved Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme.
