All we need from you to secure the property is a *holding fee*, you then have 1 month to collect together your first month's rent, your deposit (equivalent of 1 months rent) and your deposit protection fee (£25 per property)
We do reference our professionals - this may take a week or two.
Of course there's paperwork but we try to keep it simple and easi.
