Astill Residential was created in 1996 by John and Michelle Astill, to provide high quality furnished accommodation to young professionals and students in Newcastle Upon Tyne and surrounding areas.
In 12 years, Astill Residential has grown in size by increasing its portfolio of properties in popular residential areas such as Jesmond, Sandyford, Heaton and Fenham, purchasing mainly large traditional terraced housing, and refurbishing them to a high standard.
