OK so I may be biased, but I think that this flat is much nicer than a lot of other flats in Heaton that fall in the same price bracket.

We have made sure that the carpets throughout are of a good quality, the furniture that we have provided here is of a better quality and is smarter than a lot of other properties on the market (it's not Ikea style furniture, but more homely).

This flat would suit you if you were ready to live somewhere a bit nicer for a while - maybe you're in your final year, are a post-grad, are a young professional or are just fussy!

It's an upper 3 bed with 3 good sized bedrooms, a decent sized bathroom (inc. bath, shower, WC and sink) and great sized lounge and then a larger kitchen than most upper 3 beds (due to the relocation of the bathroom). It is a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you'd expect from a kitchen!


When you have seen this property and decided to take it, we will organise a move in pack for you for when your tenancy commences - food and drink mainly! Make sure you quote the harcar website though....
