A very nice house indeed. We fully refurbished it a few years ago and it's still very nice!

It's big too - it's got 5 bedrooms over 2 floors, with high ceilings and a few period features. By "period features", don't read "old fashioned and dated", it's just that some of them were too nice to pull out so we modernised around them.

It's got 5 bedrooms of slightly differing sizes, so to be fair we have differed the prices.

Bedroom 5. Mid sized. £60pppw

Like the man who couldn't pronounce his F's or T's - you can't say fairer than that. Boom boom.

The landlord has put a flat screen HD ready TV with freeview in the lounge for your sociable viewing pleasure and has furnished with leather sofa's.
The kitchen has a dining table and chairs and a dishwasher with a separate utility area. There's also a massive double garage to the rear which was used by the last tenants as a workout room (though it soon turned into a room to smoke when it was raining), the current tenants just use it for storage but it's big enough to park a car, motorbike or very very small helicopter.

There are two "full" bathrooms (bath, shower, toilet and sink) and an additional WC, so you shouldn't need to do the old "I need the toilet" dance in the morning waiting for the others.

If you'd like to have a look I commend you. And if you take the house we will provide you with a move in party pack! I'm thinking on my feet here, but it will probably include some alcoholic beverages, pizzas and crisps and balloons and party poppers. But you MUST quote the harcar website or I'll not remember.
