Honest, I'm not just saying this - this house is a big 'un! It used to be 2 Tyneside flats that have been made into one big house.

Fortunately, the flats were one above the other - it would have been a nightmare if they were side by side or on different streets........


So, like I say - big old house available, 5 bedrooms (all great sized), 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen / lounge and private yard to rear.

1 bedroom on ground floor (VERY big) and the other 4 are all upstairs. I doubt that anyone would be unhappy in any of the rooms as they are all a cracking size.

Each bathroom has a bath, electric shower and toilet / sink.

The landlord has just kindly donated a new, HD ready flat screen TV to the house for your viewing pleasure (Freeview inbuilt).

There is a table and chairs for the back yard, and if you quote the harcar website I'll even buy you a BBQ and some booze and food for a move in party.
