This is a nice house - it's not the biggest house in the world and it doesn't have wall mounted plasmas screens or digital entry systems, but it's nice. Honest.

It's a 5 bed house based on Richardson Street, which is just off Chillingham Road. It was fully refurbished 2 years ago, so it's still in very good condition - it has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridge / freezers, washer drier and enough room to swing a good few cats (we don't condone cat swinging).

The lounge is, again, a great size - there are 2 leather sofas and a coffee table so it's ideal for when you want to sit down and have a cup of tea. And maybe watch TV.

Out the back is a yard where the current housemates park a car - cheaper car insurance! The last housemates had plants galore growing from grow-bags, so you have options!

The largest room is on the ground floor, that we have priced up at £60pppw. Its the largest room, so it's only fair.

Upstairs are the remaining 4 bedrooms priced as follows:
Bedroom 2 @ £50pppw
Bedrooms 3,4 & 5 @ £55pppw

There is a bathroom with bath, toilet, shower and sink and separate WC with shower too.
