Welcome to Durham! We are a small local business letting quality houses in great locations to students since 1999. Our houses are well maintained and decorated, tenants often comment on their homely feel. We live nearby and can be contacted 24 hours a day by mobile phone and email. We manage the properties ourselves and have good relations with responsive, reliable local tradesmen. Our properties are cleaned to a high standard at the end of each tenancy. We would rather fix problems promptly and keep our properties in excellent condition.
We supply all the necessary white goods and kitchen equipment and unusually also include crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. You should not need to bring or buy any kitchen equipment.
The properties have loft insulation to the latest recommended standards, cavity wall insulation, double glazing, gas condensing combi boilers (class A energy rating), programmers, thermostats and thermostatic radiator valves. Broadband is up and running in all our houses and we have wireless N routers, unlimited downloads and the maximum download speed available.
