I can honestly say that Pete, along with his team, is the best landlord I've ever had dealings with in Durham. He's on the ball, professional and provided as much as we could ask for with the house, going as far as sending a maintenance man out late at night to fix a leaking roof and turning up with a HDTV for the house halfway through the year.
