Bill Free Homes is dedicated to providing top quality student accommodation in Durham. Our houses are finished to a high standard, are fully certified and we support Durham University Students’ Union policy on housing.
We are called Bill Free Homes because our rents include all of your bills - utilities, water rates, TV license, broadband, personal insurance and 24 hour emergency call out cover. We also use energy from renewable sources. We are a member of Student Home Zone , Durham's largest provider of homes for students. We will even give you use of a car through www.commonwheels.org.uk
