Welcome to Durham and our Company, we are a small family business which prides itself on looking after our students and in providing them with good clean accommodation which is supported with excellent amenities at a fair market price.
Our properties are cleaned and re-decorated (where needed) over the summer period to ensure the property is fresh and ready for your arrival. As for many of you, this will be the first time away from home and we have endeavoured to ensure every house is fully equipped with kitchen equipment, from dishwashers and washing machines to irons etc.
Each year we aim to provide increased benefits and welcome your feedback, because of this we have introduced the “all inclusive package” to save you the time and trouble of setting up gas & electric, water and unlimited "wireless" broadband thus ensuring you are never left with someone else bills or the hassle of having to cancel them when you leave.
During the summer of 2009, we shall be upgrading all of our houses with LCD TV's in the lounges along with DVD players and "Freeview"
Above all we want you to enjoy your time with us and our wonderful City of Durham which is one of the oldest and most historic cities in England. Good luck with your studies this term and if you are returning back to Durham.
