Property Details

This is a fantastic four bedroom house on a popular student road in the Gilesgate Green area. It is approximately 10 minutes walk into Elvet Riverside. It is close to local shops and amenities, including Sainsbury's and new retail development: Durham City Retails Park, providing both shopping and part-time job opportunities!

It has a modern kitchen, with great storage and full of all the appliances and equipment you would expect from a Complete Student Homes home! This is great whether you are just having a bowl of cereal, or are entertaining your friends. The sitting room is spacious, with big comfy sofas, marble fireplace, coffee table, dining table and chairs and good lighting.
