7 Wakenshaw Road - Student accommodation in Durham
This semi - detached house is our only rental property. We are Durham residents (one of us an ex Durham University student) living within easy reach of the property so we are able to respond quickly if needed.
The house has everything you need for 4 people. It's freshly decorated and has a large communal sitting room with dining area and freeview television. It also has a separate kitchen with a smaller dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances fridge, freezer, microwave, tumble drier, washing machine and cooker + hob. It also has pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, hoover, kettle, iron etc. Bedrooms are all equipped with a desk, chair, shelves and wardrobes. Outside there is a lawned garden with patio area and patio furniture - ideal for barbeques etc. There is also an outhouse which is ideal for bike storage.
The house is conveniently located in Gilesgate on the DSU night bus route within easy walking distance of the market place (10 -12 mins walk) . It is close to the new Sainsbury's and the pubs, takeaways and shops of Gilesgate.
