my house is a three bed new propoerty which is my main resiendence it is on the outskirts of durham on regular bus route to the city centre. The village has all local amenities butcher, fruit and veg, news agent and two mini supermarkets all of which are very competitive cost wise. The bus's run as regularly as every 15 mintues in to durham a journey which takes 10 minutes door to door from my house. accomdation is very compteively priced as i would like to let quickly. the standard of the acomdation is modern and high quality. the property is available to rent on flexible terms anywhere from 2 months to a year.
