This is a great 4 bedroom property in this ever popular part of the city; you'll be part of the community of student friends in this student road. Situated in a nice quiet area, close to the departments, colleges, and shops. This well decorated house has a modern kitchen and a fantastic private garden. This is a real 'home from home' four bedroom house. It is approximately 15 minutes walk into Elvet Riverside and then on to the science site. There are lots of close-by shops and amenities, providing both shopping and job opportunities!

The property has a great kitchen, with lots of storage, and it's full of all the appliances and equipment you would expect from a Complete Student Homes house! This well-sized kitchen is as great for making a cup of coffee in as it is for preparing a dinner for eight! The extremely private garden at the back of the house is especially delightful. With a patio and lawned area, it's ideal for both barbeques and lazing around on a summer's day. Both the front and rear gardens are maintained by our gardener, so you don’t have to worry about mowing the lawn, cutting hedges or weeding - just enjoy the seclusion! In addition, there are two outhouses with storage for bicycles and random ‘other’ things.
