This house is always popular and has a great feel to it. The house is really well decorated throughout, and is truly a home-from-home. It is conveniently located, just a short walk from the Elvet Riverside.
The kitchen is spacious, well fitted with modern units and equipped with all the appliances you would need, including a hob, tower oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The communal sitting room is rather large, offering a comfy place to relax with your housemates or watch widescreen digital television on the large sofas in front of the fireplace. The dining table and chairs mean that you can entertain friends whenever you want!
The bedrooms in this house are fully furnished with a bed, clothes storage, shelves and a study desk and chair. The rooms have either single or double beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower with all the things you would expect. There is a separate WC, so no queuing problems! There is a large brick double outhouse in the gardener-maintained private back garden – perfect if you have a bike, or just lots of boxes/trunks!
