Property Details

One step out of the door and you are faced with the Cathedral, a few meters away is New Elvet, with the Elvet Riverside departments, lecture halls and Dunelm House. In fact this house is in a perfect location for all of the University departments, colleges and libraries. Being in the heart of the city it is also perfect for all the shops and social activities Durham has to offer – no taxi/bus home is required, as everywhere is within easy walking distance!

The house has a contemporary kitchen and two bathrooms, making it a really modern and fresh house to live in. The kitchen is perfect for making breakfast before lectures and entertaining friends at the end of the day. The showers are the perfect way to wakeup or unwind. The sitting room has a widescreen digital television, BIG leather sofas and modern artwork, making it a friendly place to relax or entertain.

The light and bright bedrooms are all of good, relatively equal, size and are fully furnished. Each includes a bed, desk, mirror and shelves. There are clothes storage units offering good hanging and drawer space.

All Complete Student Homes properties include broadband compliance and the services of our maintenance manager and his team, including a gardener, as standard. This house is a DSU Code of Standards house.

As with all of our properties, this house is available on a standard rental contract, where you pay the bills, or our all-inclusive rental package, where we manage and pay your bills for you.
