We offer an option for including gas and electricity, where we deduct the actual cost of the fuel used from the additional £7.50 pppw that we collect for the option and repay any remaining balance at the end of the tenancy. We keep tenants regularly informed of the total cost of the fuel they have used to date to help them regulate their expenditure.

The house is just a 10/15 minute walk from Durham city centre and the retaurants, bars, nightclubs and theatre in Millenium Square.
