A fantastic four-bedroom house on a really popular student road. It is short walk into Elvet Riverside or the Market Place.

The kitchen is great and full of all the appliances and equipment you would expect from a Complete Student Homes house! With good worktop space and a pantry, it’s great for making a simple cup of coffee, to full-scale dinner parties. The bright sitting room is spacious with large leather sofas, good lighting, modern gas fire, contemporary artwork, a fantastic television with digital channels, so you can relax after all that academic work!

With single and double beds, these four study bedrooms have extremely modern storage facilities. Great rooms in which to study, sleep and simply relax.

The garden, at the back of the house, is really private with patio area and lawn, making it great for barbeques or just sitting out with friends on the patio furniture. Both the front and rear gardens are maintained by our gardener – so you don’t have to worry about mowing the lawn, cutting hedges or weeding; just enjoy the peace! The two large brick storage houses are really useful for bicycles and storage trunks, so you don’t have to store them in your bedroom!

All Complete Student Homes properties include broadband compliance and the services of our maintenance manager and his team, including a gardener, as standard. They all comply with DSU Codes of Standard.

As with all of our properties, this house is available on a standard rental contract, where you pay the bills, or our all-inclusive rental package, where we manage and pay your bills for you.
