22 Laurel Ave - Student accommodation in Durham
I am a Postgrad Student entering my 4th year and am advertising this property on behalf of my landlord. We are looking for someone to take the other room in the house I am currently renting. This property is a two, double-bedroom house situated on the Sherburn Estate near the big Tescos. It is a 15 min walk into the centre of town and about a 5 - 10 min bike ride.
The house itself is lovely and a very good price (£55/wk). The bedroom is furnished: has a double bed, desk, ample storage space and storage heating. There is a large, recently fitted kitchen with washer and dryer; a spacious, fully furnished lounge; there is one bathroom with bath and shower; there are two toilets. There is also a back garden with a bike shed and a front drive with parking.
As for bills, there is just water and electricity. It is also worth noting that the landlords are really nice and have jumped on any problem in the house. If you require any more information (I have photos of the room) or if you want to look around the house, please do not hesitate to contact me.
