Property Details

This is a fantastic five-bedroom house on a popular student road in this part of the City. It is a short walk into the city centre shops. It is also close to local shops and amenities, including the new Sainsbury's.

It has an excellent kitchen, full of all the appliances and equipment you would expect from a Complete Student Homes home, including full DSU Code of Standards. The kitchen is great whether you are just having a bowl of cereal, or are entertaining your friends. The light sitting room is spacious, with large leather sofas, modern artwork, coffee tables, good lighting and a fantastic 40" flat screen TV full of digital channels.

There are five study bedrooms, many of which have built-in furniture to provide optimum storage. The 2 front bedrooms have their own sinks, which really takes the pressure off both bathrooms in the morning!

The private garden at the back of the house is great with patio and lawned areas, making it perfect for barbeques, or just sitting out in the summer, complete with patio furniture. Both the front and rear gardens are maintained by our gardener – so you don’t have to worry about mowing the lawn, weeding or cutting trees and hedges, just enjoy the peace!

As with all of our properties, this house is available on a standard rental contract, where you pay the bills, or our all-inclusive rental package, where we manage and pay your bills for you.
