This is a lovely spacious house on four floors, much larger than most terraced houses in the area. Two bathrooms (comprising two showers, one bath and two toilets). All bedrooms are of a good size (with no box room), including a recently converted and beautiful bedroom in the former attic space.
Excellent situation, close to city centre and all amenities. Leafy outlook to front with no houses facing. Residents' parking spaces in road outside. No garden to be maintained, just small yard to rear, but large enough to put out washing and to sit out in the summer.
Only house owned by caring landlords who like to keep rent low. Always move very promptly with any jobs and repairs. Have always had good relations with tenants and full deposits have been returned to all students to date. Previous tenants have always been very happy and so have we.
