In fact this house is in a perfect location for all of the University departments, colleges and libraries. Being in the heart of the city it is also perfect for all the shops and social activities Durham has to offer – no taxi/bus home is required, as everywhere is within easy walking distance!

The house has a contemporary kitchen and two bathrooms, making it a really modern and fresh house to live in. The kitchen is perfect for making breakfast before lectures and entertaining friends at the end of the day. The showers are the perfect way to wakeup or unwind. The sitting room has a widescreen digital television, leather sofas and modern artwork, making it a friendly place to relax or entertain.
