This is the only house we let in Durham and is situated in Bowburn, on a main bus route into Durham.
This is a 3 bed end terraced house with on street parking. The house has been refurbished throughout and consists of lounge, large dining kitchen, utility room, good sized bathroom with overbath shower, and 3 bedrooms. The layout works very well also as 2 bed let and this will be considered also.
